Thanks man! You’d be a bit of weapon! I do a bit of MMA – mostly through Muay Thai and BJJ – both I’e studied for about 10 years. plus a few years of Aikido. It’s good to kow other martial artists find and appreciate my site 🙂
Yes, and you are a celebrity to us….Robert
It looks like you forget to include Mr Jeff Speakman. He is a intensivamente celebrity, movie star, and manual arts master , holding a 9th degree black belt in Kenpo 5.0.
He started in more than 12 motion pictures and has fans all over the world. Movies like the perfect weapon, Street Knight, a promise kept, escape from Atlantis, etc.
Also there is a mistake with Forrest Whitaker, he holds a black bent on Kenpo.
May be you also skulls think to include in your list Robin Should. Who started the mortal combat and several others. He is a Kenpo black belt and a quick shower expert.
Thank you for your time.
Yeah, it’s missing a few people. I found this list of MMAverse so I’m thinking of doing a more comprehensive one myself later 🙂
The part about Elvis wasn’t accurate. His Shodan was in Chito Ryu Karate.
I heard he didn’t really ‘earn’ it either, and was promoted for publicity lol. Don’t know for sure though 🙂
Elvis was actually a 8th degree black belt. my instructor I had for over 50 years was his main personal bodyguard.I personally seen him trained and worked with him at the Glendora school.it’s intensive training was many many many martial artists.including the late Ed Parker S.G.M. Dave Hebler. T.C.B
I agree also master Steve Armstrong sat in on one of tests with Ed Parker
